DO YOU DELIVER TO CUSTOMERS?
Yes we do. Self pick up arrangement is also possible. Delivery cost and time varies across locations. Please note that we currently do not despatch inflated balloons to locations outside of Lagos State.
DO YOU SELL ONLY UN-INFLATED BALLOONS?
No, we sell un-inflated balloons and also make varieties of balloon bouquets. Some of our un-inflated balloons are available for ordering from the web channel. However, you can visit the physical store for more products and services.
WHAT QUALITY OF PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
We stock the best quality brands from manufacturers/suppliers worldwide. Our balloons come in wide varieties from the brand leaders in balloon production. Our giftware are curated from the best in class brands, and our greeting cards handcrafted and beautifully illustrated with meaningful expressions.
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer gift packaging and wrapping, balloon bouquets, personalization (for giftware and balloons) and creative craft designs design inscriptions for all your occasions (Corporate events, Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Weddings, etc).
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Our quality control process ensures that we don’t dispatch any defective item found in our suppliers’ packages. If our customers discover any product as defective, we will offer exchange for such items when presented to the company with payment receipt evidence within 3 days of purchase. Please note the product must not have been used and must be returned in same condition as purchased, with tag and labels still intact.
WHY IS THE SHIPPING COST FOR BALLOON BOUQUETS HIGHER THAN OTHER PRODUCT ORDERS?
In order to ensure that our inflated balloons are delivered in the expected form, we use air-conditioned vehicle for such deliveries to minimize the risk of damage from exposure to heat. Self pick up arrangement can also be made in order to manage the shipping cost.
HOW MANY DAYS NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS?
For customized orders and balloon bouquet creation, we encourage customers to place their orders in advance so we can effectively plan the design and review engagements. We will continue optimize our processes to minimize the required notice period.
